Wildlife Trusts'
The Wildlife Trusts' partnership is the largest voluntary organisation working in the UK on all aspects of nature conservation. Large, but local to. Their network of 47 local Wildlife Trusts and junior branches, Wildlife Watch, work together with local communities to protect wildlife in all habitats across the UK, in towns, countryside, wetlands and seas. From community gardening to species surveying, from looking after nature reserves to running Wildlife Watch groups enabling young people to discover and explore their local environment, Wildlife Trust volunteers carry out a huge range of tasks. Opportunities don't have to be outdoors either - you could find yourself making good use of your organisational, IT, administrative or financial skills too. Volunteers are the foundation upon which The Wildlife Trust movement has been built, and people's time given freely is an integral part of the partnership's success. Each Trust has a large number of both regular and casual volunteers, equating to more than 24,000 active volunteers across the whole of The Wildlife Trust Partnership. To find out more visit the web site or or contact your local Trust.

We are driven by a passion for adventure with a real purpose. Conservation and sustainable community development are key elements to our expeditions.
Expeditions with Trekforce include Belize, Borneo, NE India and Guatemala. In addition we have new 2 week ‘extreme expeditions’ to Morroco and Bolivia for those who have a busy work life, but want the opportunity to do some worthwhile volunteering and explore environments you would normally only visit on a gap year!
