Well done to those of you who entered our December interview competition. We hope you enjoyed picking out the very many things that were wrong in our scenario. The winner, Janis Hall, Voluntary Services Manager at East and North Herts NHS Trust, managed to identify no fewer than 44 errors made by the interviewer!
