Felicity Dwyer is an independent London-based trainer, offering the full range of EVM modules on a bespoke basis. Training is tailored to meet your specific needs and a range of flexible delivery options are available. These include workshops, supported e-learning and coaching.
Felicity’s style is highly facilitative, based on person-centred principles. She is an assessor for the Investing in Volunteers quality standard and a CIPD qualified trainer.
Her work is underpinned by ten years’ experience of working within the voluntary sector and a strong commitment to volunteering and to working with managers of volunteers. Current volunteering commitments include facilitating a learning loop for volunteer managers. Felicity is also a member of the steering group currently reviewing the national occupational standards for the management of volunteers.
Delivery options
EVM Endorsed Award
The full 60 hour EVM programme, endorsed by the Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM) and delivered through a series of ten interactive workshops. Assessment is through the completion of regular personal development reviews and a work based assignment of approximately 2,000 words.
