Maggie Piazza has been an independent management consultant and trainer since 1994, working with a wide range of clients in the voluntary, community and statutory sectors. Her prime interests lie in enabling organisations to manage, lead and develop people in ways that are supportive and challenging, and that value diversity.
Maggie is passionate about volunteering and good volunteer management practice. She took a lead role in developing the assessment model for the Investing in Volunteers standard, and undertook the first assessments. Currently, Maggie is leading the learning loops programme on behalf of Volunteering England. This programme aims to build the learning capacity of volunteer managers across England through setting up a cross sector network of locally based learning groups.
As a Volunteering England licensed training provider, Maggie offers in-house training courses, e-learning, individual coaching and action learning. All services are tailored to meet the needs of your organisation and the individuals within it. Costs are negotiable, depending on the nature, volume and geographical spread of services provided.
