As an EVM licensed training provider we offer the full range of EVM modules. Training is tailored to meet your needs. A range of delivery options are available - workshops, learning sets, e-learning, coaching – whatever works best for you! Dane was involved in developing the modules that make up the 60 hour ILM endorsed Excellence in Volunteer Management Award.
Make it training
We are a NOCN assessment centre and deliver a range of OCN accredited training courses both face-to-face and online. We offer 10-hour to 60-hour qualifications. We also offer tailor made, non-accredited training designed by our PGCE qualified trainers, to meet your needs. Our training style is highly facilitative. Make it e-learning
We are specialist e-learning authors, content creators, developers and designers, and qualified e-tutors. We have recently designed Volunteering England’s new VE-learn site, and translated 24 hours of EVM face-to-face training materials into 12 bite size e-learning courses.
Make it IiV
Dane Gould is an England Lead Assessor for Investing in Volunteers. MIH wrote and designed an online IiV toolkit aimed at Volunteer Managers contemplating IiV. Using a Guided Discovery Learning approach, the toolkit helps Volunteer Managers to consider individual and organisational issues. It offers advice and ‘session plans’ on how learning can be cascaded throughout the organisation.
