We deliver EVM training modules for leaders and volunteer managers who want to develop their personal effectiveness in managing their teams and themselves. Dates, times and venues
We have courses running at the last week of every month at south and east London venues.
They are usually one-day courses.Days courses start at 10.00am and evening courses commence at 6.00pm.

Our courses are suitable for anyone who wishes to gain necessary knowledge to improve their effectiveness as volunteer managers. Prior knowledge of the subjects is not required although. For those who have attended previous courses, our modules make excellent refreshers. Participants can expect to review and refresh their current practices.
Fees
For small Voluntary organisations
Individual Bookings: £70 plus VAT per person
Group Bookings: £50 plus VAT for 4 or more on any course
In-house Training: £300 plus VAT per course.
For medium to large organisations
Individual Bookings: £100 plus VAT per person
Group Bookings: £150 plus VAT for 4 or more on any course
In-house Training: up to £700 plus VAT per course.
We encourage registration by email by the 15th of the month. However, late bookings can also be accommodated. We issue a certificate of attendance for every delegate who completes the sessions.
