VA Training & Consultancy is a customer focused service offering a holistic and blended approach to training and organisational development. My objective is to ensure all programmes are tailored to the clients needs leading to total customer satisfaction and reaching project outcomes. The object is to assist in giving organisations within the voluntary sector support that improves the performance for those that work in the sector.

As a sole trader I have a personal commitment to providing high quality training through a range of methods including facilitation, coaching and formal training. I believe that by bringing the modules of the EVM programme to life that I can inspire learning to a wide audience of volunteer’s managers.
