Learning Options

The EVM programme is designed to enable you to take charge of your own learning path. You can pick ā€˜n’ mix an array of bite-sized learning opportunities to suit your learning styles, preferences and needs. You can either :

  • complete 60 hours of training to gain an Award endorsed by the Insitute of Leadership and Management (ilm) or, alternatively, complete individual training modules to suit your needs
  • choose your preferred learning style. Online learning is available through the EVM eLearning modules (Users will be required to complete a short registration process in order to enrol on the elearner taster sessions), distance learning, blended learning or local classroom-based sessions are also available – these are delivered by our licensed and carefully selected training providers.

    Twenty-four hours worth of face-to-face training resources are available as eLearning modules. They are designed to help newly licensed VE Training Providers deliver the EVM programme.
