The Information Service at Volunteering England offers several resources to help people who are working with, or managing, volunteers.

Our Information Service receives a wide variety of queries on volunteering issues, ranging from Health and Safety to problem solving. Our enquiries come from people in all kinds of organisations, from large national charities to small community groups and individuals. We can answer your questions, talk through your concerns, offer support and direct you to other sources of help. You can contact us in the following ways:
