The Information Service at Volunteering England offers several resources to help people who are working with, or managing, volunteers.
Free Website Resources
- Good Practice Bank - the one stop shop to find and share information about volunteer management. The Bank contains articles, sample documents and case studies that reflect good practice in managing volunteers.
- Information Sheets on a variety of topics, ranging from legal issues and good practice to helping individuals find volunteering opportunities. The Information Sheets can be viewed online, or downloaded as PDF documents.
- 50 Frequently Asked Questions that do not naturally fit into either the Good Practice Bank or the Information Sheets. We therefore recommend that you check the Good Practice Bank, Information Sheets and FAQs for answers to particular enquiries. If you can't find an answer on our website, then please contact our Information Service.
