Barbara Regnier

Barbara Regnier is Director of the Volunteer Management and Leadership Directorate. She has a background in the voluntary and not-for-profit sectors and a Masters in Change Management. With senior management experience, Barbara has managed and designed learning opportunities for board members, Chief Executives and staff at all levels. She is passionate about volunteering being a process – everyone involved getting the most out of every hour – and making this happen through excellent management.

Cathy Mcbain Cathy McBain is Head of employer supported volunteering. Her main responsibility lies in advising companies, volunteer-involving organisations and brokers on employer supported volunteering policy and practice. She also runs the comprehensive website on employer supported volunteering, and co-wrote the book ‘Employer Supported Volunteering: the Guide’, which is available for purchase on the Publications section of this website.
Jaina Mistry Jaina K Mistry DipM ACIM, is the Marketing and Administration Assistant for Investing in Volunteer. Jaina coordinates Investing in Volunteers and Investing in Volunteer for Employers events and supports the marketing team.Her background is in marketing, sales, advertising and providing excellent customer services. She is a qualified member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing

Mhairi Gordon

Mhairi Gordon is the Excellence in Volunteer Management Business Development Officer. She deals with the network of EVM Licensed Training Providers in term of licensing and quality assurance.

Miles Atkinson VCQA Business Development Assistant

Miles Atkinson is the Volunteer Centre Quality Accreditation Business Development Assistant. He deals with administration of the VCQA program including portfolio submissions, workshop bookings & general enquiries. Miles is responsible for ensuring the accreditation process runs as efficiently as possible.
Patrick Scott VCQA Training and Development Co-ordinator Patrick Scott is the Volunteer Centre Quality Accreditation Training and Development Coordinator. He supports Volunteer Centres going through the QA process and their development around the six core functions – brokerage; marketing volunteering; good practice development; developing volunteering opportunities; policy response and campaigning; and the strategic development of volunteering.
Sonet Geyer Sonet Geyer is the Marketing & Operations Manager for Investing in Volunteers in England. Investing in Volunteers is the UK-wide quality standard that focuses on volunteer management – for either volunteer involving organisations OR corporates/SMEs running employer supported volunteering (ESV) programmes. Susannah Walters EVM Business Development Assistant Susannah Walters is the Excellence in Volunteer Management Business Development Assistant. She deals with the network of EVM Licensed Training Providers, is the main point of contact for EVM-related queries and coordinates all EVM marketing, administration & processes.
