 | This new toolkit will enable organisations to assess the impact of volunteering on all key stakeholders - the volunteers, the organisation, the beneficiaries, and the broader community. Organisations will be able to use it to assess a wide range of impacts, from the skills development of volunteers to the economic value of volunteering organisations. The toolkit was developed with a grant from the Global Services Institute, Center for Social Development, Washington University St. Louis. Organisations in the UK and Sweden helped to pilot a range of tools such as pre-designed questionnaires which help organisations which involve volunteers measure the impacts of volunteering on volunteers, the organisation that involves volunteers, the people or things the volunteering aims to assist and the wider community. The toolkit is easy to use and also includes a CD-ROM so users can adapt the questionnaires.
