Diabetes UK Volunteering 2008 Conference, 18-19 October 2008 at the Hilton Leeds City Hotel

The annual Volunteering 2008 Conference and Gala Dinner, kindly sponsored by SPLENDA, gives Diabetes UK the opportunity to recognise the achievements of all its volunteers in improving the lives of people with diabetes, or in working towards a future without diabetes.

All Diabetes UK volunteers are invited to attend including individual volunteers, voluntary groups, members of the Diabetes Campaign Network; or people who sit on user involvement bodies.

It is also for potential volunteers to come along to find out more about how they can help the work of the charity.

You will get the chance to get together with other volunteers, hear from top-name speakers and listen to inspirational stories from volunteers.
