Questionnaires used at Luton

Luton and Dunstable Hospital NHS Foundation Trust have kindly agreed to allow us to publicise the report arising from their impact assessment. The report highlights the excellent work being done by their volunteers. It was particularly noticeable that many of the volunteers came from a Black and Minority ethnic background, and brought with them a diverse collection of skills, including a wide array of languages spoken.

Questionnaires used at Notts

The service evaluations at Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust have been completed. The different types of volunteering at this Trust, particularly involving service user volunteers, made this more challenging. Two reports have been produced which are now available. The first looks at the general impact of volunteering across the Trust while the second focuses explicitly on volunteering at Rampton Hospital.

Questionnaires used at Wirral Primary Care Trust

In Wirral Primary Care Trust questionnaires were sent out tSussexinterviewschedule.doco volunteers and paid staff. Focus groups and interviews were also carried out to help evaluate the impact of volunteering on service users at a babies’ playgroup.
