Volunteering England doesn’t give any grants to assist with setting up a volunteer recognition event.

Our information team web pages, where there is an information sheet about “resources to assist fundraising” for your volunteer work.

I’ve also spoken to our information team – who regularly receive similar requests for ideas of where to go for funding for volunteering. They suggest that you look at the wider volunteering schemes even if they don’t specify that they are only for recognition of volunteers (although you’ll have to check that they do want to fund events – as many funds specify that they won’t).
