- For an CSP or Local Authority wide approach: every CSP has now been introduced to Volunteer Centres, the next step is for CSPs and Local Authority sport development teams to automatically work with Volunteer Centres on volunteering over the next few years. Volunteer management and information is needed in sport organisations and clubs. Put the sport clubs in your area in touch with their local Volunteer Centre.
If an NGB approaches you: If you are planning a county or borough-wide approach to volunteering, working with Volunteer Centres and NGBs is a strategic route and a sustainable way of ensuring sport improves with the work of all possible partners. Help for individual clubs: clubs can contact a local Volunteer Centre directly. Let clubs in your area know where their local Volunteer Centre is: find Volunteer Centres by county and by region. Crucially, do let sport organisations and clubs in your area know that they can work with Volunteer Centres: there are more and more clubs getting their help on volunteering from Volunteer Centres.
Don’t let your clubs miss out!
