Volunteering England’s Student Volunteering Team work with and represent the Further and Higher Education sectors to strengthen student volunteering infrastructure. We work with key stakeholders to support, enable and celebrate student volunteering in all its diversity.
Nationally, we use this good practice expertise to contribute to the formulation of national policies that affect the student volunteering sector. By working with Government, education institutions and other national organisations, and carrying out research into student volunteering, we work towards providing greater clarity, cohesion and continuity for a sustainable student volunteering sector. We use our national profile to celebrate and promote the achievements of student volunteers, and to support the national movement of student volunteering.
Our vision is of a society where the potential and passion of people to transform lives and communities through volunteering is fully realised.
