Volunteering and PDP Toolkit – is a short guide detailing the arena of ‘Personal Development Planning (PDP)’ and how it can be used as an effective tool for developing essential employability skills through a voluntary placement.
It is aimed at volunteer coordinators and university staff wishing to develop the student learning experience through PDP and volunteering, it includes step by step action plans and supervision and reflection plans for staff wishing to support their students through a voluntary placement.
