Tracy Saunders, Samantha Bond and Sam Mars provide Volunteering England’s Information Service, as well as maintain and update the online resources such as the Good Practice Bank, Information Sheets and FAQs. They also deal with policy issues, which includes responding to consultations and meeting with civil servants to try and clarify legal issues regarding volunteers.

Rachel Castle works with parliamentarians, policy makers and opinion formers to position Volunteering England as 'the voice of volunteering'. Rachel also deals with policy issues and works with partnership agencies.
