How are we doing?
Volunteer England provides a wide range of information and resources for members and non-members alike. We strive to always give the highest possible service to everybody who contacts us; however we appreciate that there is always room for improvement.
If you have any feedback about our organisation – be it a complaint, a suggestion or a compliment, we would really like to hear from you.
What will we do with your feedback?
We will log your complaint / feedback and will reply to you:
- Within 3 working days of a phone call
- Within 3 working days by email
- Within 5 working days on receipt of your letter
Your comments dealt with by our Senior Communications Manager (SCM). If this is a complaint you will be informed when the SCM will next contact you either with a proposed resolution or update. It may be necessary for the SCM to contact you for more information in the meantime.

What if you’re still not happy?
You can contact the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Volunteering England, who will investigate your complaint and respond within 28 working days.
