Courtesy costs nothing & goes a long way

As the recession bites and unemployment rises, more people will inevitably turn to volunteering, both as a way of occupying themselves whilst adapting to a new daily routine and as a potential route back to employment, as Tracy Saunders, Senior Policy and Information Officer, reports for us this month
