Finding a broker
More than 50% of employers prefer to use an ESV broker to help them identify volunteering opportunities and community partners.
Brokers provide an invaluable service matching employers and community organisations. They are able to provide employers with volunteering opportunities and events – from traditional team challenge days, to skills based volunteering for staff development. hey may also be able to help identify partners for longer term commitments that can reflect the corporate responsibility policy of employers.
Almost all brokers charge for this service, but charges are usually low cost in comparision to staff training or alternative team building activities and provide the additional benefits that employer supported volunteering offers.
